Apartment Cosimo is an elegant, frescoed, 1 bedroom flat just a stone's throw from Piazza Duomo in Florence city centre. The apartment (approx. 100 sq mts) is unique for its charm and history and part of an original Florentine Palazzo. The apartment is very spacious for 2 and has all modern comforts. There is also a comfortable sofa bed for up to 4 guests.There is also a lift/ elevator making it convenient for all.
The apartment is in a perfect spot for exploring Florence city centre with its many unique, historic buildings, its timeless charm and many art treasures. The apartment is ideally located close to Piazza Duomo (50mts) and there are local amenities close by.

NB. Linen changes agreed for a long stay
Not included: Utilities - metered, maid - €12 per hr
Late Check in Charge: Check in after 7.30pm and between 7.30pm- 9.30pm incur an extra charge of €100
Local Tourist Tax: €3 per night, per person (adult) for a max of 7 nights payable in cash on arrival.
Security Deposit: €900 (euros) payable in cash on arrival and refunded on departure.
