Villa Magenta is a pretty stone farmhouse on two floors, located in the countryside close to Cortona. It is set in a large garden with pool and has panoramic views over the valley. The villa has been restored in a style that blends traditional Tuscan features with a touch of English Shabby Chic.

The Villa is a perfect base, for exploring Cortona (3 km). It is also within easy reach of Lake Trasimeno (22 km), Arezzo (28 km), Perugia (50 km).

Local Tourist Tax: €10 per person over 12 years of age, payable in cash  on arrival.

Security Deposit: €500 payable in cash on arrival, which is held and refunded to you on departure

Thanks to a careful restoration, this old country house dating back to the 19th century, has been transformed into a pretty, independent villa, restored in a style that blends traditional Tuscan features with a touch of English Shabby Chic. It comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. The clever use of materials, colours and fabrics gives the property a bright, elegant feel. Set in a large garden with a fenced, swimming pool, it has panoramic views over the valley.

The villa is set out on two floors, and sleeps 6 guests.
The ground floor has a lovely living room with a fireplace, a lounge area and a dining table. There is also a well equipped, kitchen, which is perfect for preparing lunch or dinner during your stay.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with ​en suite bathrooms with showers​. These rooms have wonderful views over the Tuscan countryside
