Villa Angelois a pretty stone villa located in the hills close to Cortona. The villa dates back to the Middle Ages and was once an old mill, which was discovered during the renovation works. Full of character and charm, the villa has been renovated to offer holiday accommodation for a small group.

The Villa is a perfect base, for exploring Cortona (4 km). It is also within easy reach of Lake Trasimeno (10 km), Arezzo (32 km), Perugia (47 km). There is also a local mini market at 650 mts.

Villa Angelo is a charming villa located in a quiet position in the hills surrounding Cortona. Thanks to a careful restoration, this old country mill has been transformed into a pretty, independent villa, restored in a style that blends traditional Tuscan features with modern amenities. Set in a private garden it features a private pool.

The villa is laid out on 2 levels, with 4 double bedrooms and 3 and a half bathrooms, comfortably accommodating 8 guests.
The ground floor has a large, open plan living room, an air-conditioned/heated glazed porch, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen, two large bedrooms with direct access to the garden, and two bathrooms.

Heading upstairs you will find two additional bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower and a service bathroom. One of the bedrooms features a little terrace from which you can reach the swimming pool via a stone staircase.

OUTDOORS

The swimming pool is just outside the house and has been converted from the original mill pond. There is space to lounge by the pool, sit outside with a glass of wine, and spend time with your family and friends.
The villa also has a well maintained, 500 sq mt garden where there is  a spacious BBQ area with 2 large tables, a traditional wood oven, a heated shower and a stone sink.
