Tuscan Estate and Spa This fabulous, exclusive estate, which includes a tiny picturesque village, has many pretty suites and village houses of various sizes and several large villas set amidst the estate grounds. The Pratomagno hills are a marvellous backdrop to this beautiful setting amidst the stunning Tuscan countryside.
The tiny picturesque village perched on an outcrop of rock was once a fortress surrounded by a moat with an entrance over a wooden bridge (since rebuilt in stone). It is documented as far back as 1039 and was involved in many incidents and fierce battles between the Arezzo and Florentine Republics.
In more recent times the Tuscan Estate and Spa and surrounding land including the large family Villa was given to Duke Alessandro by The Grand Duke of Tuscany as a gift. Then, at the beginning of the century it was bought by Amadeo, Duke of Aosta, cousin to the heir to the Italian throne. Today, it belongs to part of the “Salvatore Ferragamo” fashion family, who have painstakingly restored the Tuscan Estate and Spa, which covers an extensive 700 hectares.
Tuscan Estate and Spa is a perfect base, for exploring the local countryside with many small villages and towns. The historic town of Arezzo is within easy reach (20 mins) and Florence is just 50 mi drive away or a short train journey (30mins) from the nearest station.

SUITES:
Two fabulous suites in the heart of the picturesque village. A stone’s throw from the Osteria serving tasty Tuscan specialties and a short distance (walking distance) to the Wellness spa. A perfect choice for a honeymoon, or a relaxing break for 2. Each suite has a spacious double bedroom, en suite bathroom, a lounge area and a kichenette.

APARTMENTS:
Enjoy the unique atmosphere of this original, historic village, which has been lovingly restored to provide excellent holiday accommodation. There are 10 wonderful apartments of various sizes to accommodate different sizes of family groups and two superb Deluxe apartments. The apartments are all located around the picturesque villas perched on an outcrop of rock and are walking distance to both the village restaurant and the spa.
All the self catering apartments have well equipped kitchens with a fridge/ freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and ironing facilities. The apartments are air conditioned and have hairdryers. Some apartments have a small garden area.

The village suites and apartments have the use of a pool and sun terrace located at a short distance from all the accommodation. A few of the apartments have a garden area. Being a village setting the garden areas are small. The village has a unique atmosphere and is a stone’s throw from the village restaurant which is just across the stone bridge.

The spa, where guests can relax and pamper themselves is just a short walk away at the top of the village. The spa is purpose built and is very bright and airy with picture windows. It includes a Turkish bath, jacuzzi, lounge area, dining area, fitness room and an outdoor lap pool in summer. Various treatments are also available including therapeutic massages. There are pretty views over the village.
There are many other facilities in and around the estate such as horse riding, archery, football pitch to mention just a few. Reception is also available to organise tours and excursions on request.

The unique nature of the Tuscan Estate and Spa village setting lends itself to special events. There is a variety of different size accommodation in suites, apartments and country villas or apartments as well as a superb, aristocratic luxury villa.
