  To the other side of the house there is another hallway leading up a few steps to a ground floor double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. This room opens onto a small patio. Up another couple of steps there is a very spacious main lounge with TV, DVD, Video complete with a large range of films and a study desk with computer and internet connection. The lounge has large glass doors onto a large covered patio and the garden, where there are great views over the surrounding countryside. A laundry room is also located on the ground floor and this has a washer/dryer as well as equipment for ironing.   First floor A small set of stairs leads up to a double bedroom and a twin bedroom that share a bathroom with a roll top bath. The master bedroom is very spacious. This bedroom has a dressing room and large en suite bathroom with spacious shower and marble sink. On this floor there is a further double bedroom with its own balcony and en suite bathroom with shower and marble sink.  There are different patio areas around the farmhouse. There is a large covered patio off the living room and another off the kitchen. All have wonderful views over the beautiful Chianti countryside, famous for its wines. There is also a covered pergola at the poolside for eating “al fresco”. There is a large garden and the salt water pool is set at a distance from the house.
