Villa Loggia is an enchanting, historic 17th century Lucchese villa with its own chapel, antique camellia garden and fountain. It is set in a stunning estate with olive groves. Villa Loggia comprises 12 elegant double bedrooms for up to 24 guests.
Villa Loggia is just 10 - 15 mins by car from the charming walled city of Lucca and within easy reach of the Tuscan coast with its chic beach resorts including the VIP resort of Forte dei Marmi. There is a local village within walking distance, which has local shops, a bar and restaurant.

GROUND FLOOR

This elegant villa is laid out on 3 floors. The ground floor has a main entrance into a hallway with a staircase to the upper floors. It has a fully equipped Tuscan kitchen, which features the original mantelpiece, which has been cleverly incorporated into a modern kitchen. Large formal dining room for elegant dining. Spacious sitting room with log fireplace TV room with sat TV and dual capacity video, 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Two ground floor guest bathrooms
The villa comes with its very own wine cellar located in a basement room underneath the villa. It is extremely well stocked and has a tasting room.
Off the rear of the villa there is an arched loggia with table & chairs for "al fresco" dining, which leads onto the rear garden and pool area complete with summer house, which houses the gym.

On the first floor there are six spacious, luxurious double bedrooms (two of which can either be a Twin or King bedroom). Each guestroom has an en suite bathroom. There is a central sitting room also on the first floor as well as a guest study area with telephone, fax, WI FI internet connection, computer facilities and a central music system (CD, radio, cassette and microphone). A staircase leads to the second floor.
