Villa Lago is a superb restored barn on two floors, located in the countryside with stunning lake views. It is a spacious barn conversion and has been renovated with care and attention to detail. It has been furnished with top quality fixtures and furnishings.
Villa Lago is a perfect base, for exploring Anghiari (15 mins), San Sepolcro (20 mins) and Arezzo (45 mins), Florence (1.5hrs), which are all within easy reach. There is a local shop at 2km and a supermarket at 15 mins.

Villa Lago is a fabulous barn conversion, set on a slope with lovely lake views. There are very few lakes in Tuscany and this is one of them. It has various terraces from which you can admire the views. The barn has been restored with a modern feel to it and is furnished to a high standard.

Villa Lago is a spacious villa, which is perfect for a family group. This pretty 300 year old barn has been restored using traditional materials throughout. It has been furnished using top quality fixtures and fittings and is very stylish. It is full of character and has large spaces with high ceilings and great natural light. It boasts sweeping views over the countryside.

Ground Floor
The ground floor is open plan and has a spacious lounge with kitchen / diner that has arched glass doors that provide lake views. There is a long handmade chestnut dining table to seat a large group and a wood burning stove for autumn evenings. The kitchen is well equipped with top of the line stainless steel appliances and a granite work surface. Includes; two fridges, hob , oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee makerThe arched door leads out to the rear terrace where there is outdoor dining in the shade of an oak tree. There are also pretty lake views.
Also on the ground floor is a Queen bedroom with en suite marble bathroom with bathtub, shower and a washing machine.

Sunset Bedroom
A Spacious Queen bedroom with a 4mt high ceiling. Large window, fabulous views. Handmade wrought iron bed, wood stove, and a pair of antique wardrobes. There are French doors to the terrace.
Valley View Bedroom
Twin bedroom with large windows and pretty views.
Studio Bedroom
This Queen bedroom is off the piano room and has beautiful views over the vineyard towards the lake.
Aquarium Bathroom
Is in the hallway and has a spacious shower with Murano glass detailing in the bathroom tiles.

Outdoors
The pool (6 x 12 mts) is set at a short distance from the villa. It is surrounded by a large 200 square metre terrace. The pool is heated using solar panels that provide a temperature of between 25 – 31 degrees C (May – Sept weather permitting)
