Villa Castello is a lovely stone farmhouse on two floors, set in a large garden with pretty views over the countryside and towards the castle close by. It is located on a large castle estate (350 hectares) just outside Florence. The villa is a perfect property for a family group within easy reach of the beautiful renaissance city of Florence (15km). Villa Castello is in a country location and yet close to the local village (2kms).

Rental: Weekly, Saturday to Saturday

Prices include: Electricity, water, gas, initial linen (extra linen changes need to be requested at reception and are charged).

Not included: Final cleaning €190 (payable in cash), heating in winter charged at €190 per week and applicable up to 6 June and then from 17 Oct onwards (payable in cash), linen change if required - €15 per person, baby cot - €5 per night (please request on booking), high chair - €5 per night (please request on booking)

Available on request: Extra linen and towel change €15 per person, mid week cleaning of bathrooms and bedrooms €150, mid week clean of bedrooms, bathrooms + kitchen - €190.

Local Tourist Tax: €1 per person over 16 per night for a maximum of 6 days - payable in cash on arrival.

Security Deposit: €300 (euros) payable in cash on arrival, which is held and returned to you at the end of your stay.



VILLA DESCRIPTION

SLEEPS 14

Villa Castello is a spacious villa, which is perfect for a family group.
The farmhouse has been restored using traditional materials and there are beamed ceilings throughout. It has been furnished using top quality fixtures and fittings.

GROUND FLOOR

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, dining room. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine. Also on the ground floor is one double bedroom (can be made a twin room), one twin bedroom and two bathrooms with shower.


FIRST FLOOR

On the first floor there are 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (with showers): 2 double bedrooms and three twin bedrooms. All are decorated in pretty furnishings and some have iron beds.


GARDEN

There is a large garden which extends into olives groves. There is a 50 square metre patio for outdoor dining and there is also a traditional pizza oven on the property. There are pretty views from the villa back towards the castle and over the countryside.
