Villa Arte is a pretty, modern villa located in Forte dei Marmi, approx 850 – 900 metres from the beach (short cycle or a 5 min walk). This villa is semi detached and has a private garden and plunge pool. It is light and airy and decorated in a modern style with designer furniture. The paintings and artwork, which decorate the walls of the villa, change every year and are available for sale on request. There is a bar and a supermarket within walking distance and it is a short drive into the bustling town centre of Forte dei Marmi with its many luxury boutiques, bars and restaurants.

This is a pretty, modern villa within easy reach of both the beach and the town centre of Forte dei Marmi with its many designer Boutiques, fashionable beach clubs, bars and chic restaurants. The villa sleeps up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are many terraces and areas around the garden for relaxing and dining outdoors.

Ground Floor:
On the ground floor there is a well equipped kitchen, living room with flat screen satellite TV, dining room and access to the garden and the terraces around the villa.

First & Second Floor:
On the first and second floors there are 4 bedrooms: 3 are doubles and 1 is a twin (only suitable for children or staff) . There are 3 bathrooms, 2 have showers and one has a bathtub.

Outdoors there is a terrace with dining facilities for 8 guests and another dining table and chairs for 6 guests under a gazebo close to the plunge pool (4.5 x 3 metres). The garden is planted with Mediterranean trees, shrubs and herbs and has a lawn area, which is automatically irrigated.
