Villa Cacciatore enjoys panoramic views and is located on a pretty country estate. It is a spacious villa for a large group and has well equipped outdoor spaces for dining and relaxing beside the large private pool. Close to Montaione and located west of Florence it is more or less equidistant to both Florence and Pisa (1hr). The local town of Montaione is at aprrox. 7kms and there is a train station locally too.
Villa Cacciatore is a perfect location for exploring San Gimgnano (19km), Certaldo (16km). Siena is 64km.

GROUND FLOOR

The main building is laid out on 2 floors and is divided into 3 suites in order to provide maximum comfort and privacy to a large group of guests. The large, spacious common areas are all located on the ground floor of the main building.
The ground floor can accommodate 8 people and has 2 double bedrooms with private bathrooms with showers and 1 twin bedroom with private bathroom with shower.
All rooms can be accessed directly from outside. There is also a suite with a large double bed, fireplace and private bathroom with shower.
The common areas consist of: a living room with fireplace and satellite TV, a lounge with a fireplace, a large dining room with a table for 22 people and a spacious kitchen with a professional 6 ringed gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, American coffee maker, toaster.

FIRST FLOOR

The first floor can accommodate 12 people and has 3 suites, each accessible exclusively through an independent external staircase.

Suite 1 (4 people): 2 double bedrooms, each with private bathroom with shower;

Suite 2 (4 people): covered terrace, living room, dining room with kitchenette, 1 double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, 1 twin bedroom with private bathroom with shower;
