Casale Samuele is a beautifully restored villa with many features traditional of country barns, such as criss cross tile detailing and brickwork. The whole villa has been restored using local materials and is furnished to a very high standard, providing suuperb holiday accommodation for the more discerning customer.

Ground Floor
The ground floor has a very spacious living room with large open fireplace and a large dining room, which also has an open fireplace and access to the rear garden and pool. Off the dining room is a study with a fax and telephone. There is a fast WI FI internet connection. There is a large well-equipped kitchen with a large kitchen table, hob, oven and microwave as well as dishwasher, large fridge and double sink.

First Floor
There are stairs off the living room up to the first floor hall and landing where there is a very large master suite with double antique iron bed and its own en suite bathroom. There are another three pretty double bedrooms and one twin bedroom all with antique iron beds and en suite bathrooms with baths.

Cottage
There is a cottage to the front of the house and this provides a further 2 bedrooms for additional guests or a large group. There is one double and one single beroom.

Garden
There is a courtyard area to the front of the house and a fabulous, well manicured garden with pool to the rear of the house.
