Gufo – sleeps 2 is on the ground and first floor. It has a large living room/kitchen on the ground floor. The living room has a vaulted terracotta ceiling, terracotta floors, rustic
furniture and an open fireplace. The kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven,
microwave, fridge and coffee machine. An open staircase leads to the first floor
bedroom. The double bedroom has a rustic, wooden beamed ceiling and a
wooden floor. There is a bathroom with shower. The apartment also has a
terrace to the rear off the kitchen, where you can simply relax or dine "al fresco",
whilst enjoying the stunning views over the Tuscan
countryside and the Arno valley below.
Oca – sleeps 4 is on the ground and first floor. It has a large living room/kitchen on the ground floor. The
living room has wooden beams, terracotta floors, rustic
furniture and an open fireplace. The kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven,
microwave, dishwasher, fridge and coffee machine. An open staircase leads to the first
floor bedrooms. The apartment has two bedrooms, one double and one twin. The

dishwasher, fridge and coffee machine. The apartment has two bedrooms,
one double and one twin. The double bedroom has a rustic, wooden beamed ceiling
and a terracotta floor. The twin room has a rustic
wooden beamed ceiling and terracotta floor. Both rooms have
bathrooms, one has a shower and the other has a bath. The apartment has
the use of a garden, which is to the side of the building.
Rana – sleeps 4 is accessed up a few steps to the front door and is on one level. It has a large living room/kitchen with wooden beams, terracotta floors, rustic furniture and an open fireplace. The kitchen area has a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and coffee machine. The apartment has two bedrooms, one double and one twin. Both rooms have bathrooms with showers. Upupa– sleeps 5 The apartment is accessed up a few steps to the terrace and front door and is on one level. The living room has wooden

machine. The apartment has two bedrooms, one double and one triple. The

Istrice– sleeps 5/6 is on the ground and first floor. The large living room has
wooden beams, terracotta floors and is furnished in rustic Tuscan style
(it also has a sofa bed for an additional guest). The kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven,
microwave, dishwasher, fridge and coffee machine. The apartment has two bedrooms,
one double and one triple. The double bedroom has a terracotta floor
and a wrought iron bed. The triple room has a terracotta floor and
three single beds. There are two bathrooms with showers (one is suitable for disabled guests). The apartment also has two terraces, one in front of the apartment and one to the rear, where you can relax or dine "al fresco"..
Villa– sleeps 8/9 is on the first floor. It has a large

fireplace and is furnished in rustic Tuscan style. It also has a dining area and kitchen equipped with a gas hob, electric
oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and coffee machine. The apartment has 4
bedrooms, (two doubles, one triple and a twin). The double bedrooms
have terracotta floors and wrought iron beds. The
triple room has wooden beams, a terracotta floor, 1 double bed and 1
single bed. There are 2 bathrooms with showers and a toilet. The apartment also has a large covered terrace, looking out over an "Italian garden", where you can dine "al fresco".
The property has its own restaurant serving traditional Tuscan dishes. No need to drive. Just relax , enjoy a glass of wine and you only have a few steps to get home. Perfect for a relaxing break.
The pool (14.5 x 3.5mts) is located at a short distance from all of the apartments. It is set in an open lawn area amongst olive trees and has fabulous views over the valley below. There is a covered pic nic area with table and chairs around the poolside for each individual apartment.

Borgo Montegonzi was originally a large country farm, located in Chianti just outside the local village of Montegonzi (300mts). It is been renovated to provide comfortable holiday apartments. The property is made up of several buildings and has beautiful views over the valley below and has a multitude of superb facilities to content most family groups. These include their very own stables with an instructor that will be happy to take you on a trek around the stunning Tuscan countryside or for beginners some intensive lessons around the paddock to get you started. There are so many options here that it would be difficult for children to get bored. All are within easy walking distance and within the property so there is no need to travel, just sit back and relax and let the kids enjoy themselves.
