Fiona, the villa was just fantastic. We did have some problems finding it, firstly due to the fact that we went to Montevarchi first to buy provisions and the GPS took us to the next hill. We never did find the office where we were meant to meet Francesca, however we phoned her when we found the villa and she came to meet us. We felt that it would have been a lot easier if you had added to your instructions that there was a smaller and more accessible supermarket at Cavriglia to save going to Montevarchi. The only real problem that we had were the wasps and think that insect spray should be provided, knowing what a problem they are. The villa also needs a propper BBQ on the terrace where you can cook a propper steak and also breakfast without it ending up on the ground. Apart from these 2 suggestions the place was fantastic and the 7 of us had a great time.
