Villa Zarina is an elegant, luxury villa with Art Nouveau charm. It sits majestically on top of a hill above Camaiore and enjoys wonderful views. Dating back to the early 1900's, it was built as a summer retreat by a well known actor. It became a meeting point for artists and intellectuals of the time. It was completely renovated in 2017, but retains much of its original charm. It features modern comforts such as air con, Sat TV and WI FI, making it perfect for a family holiday. The large gardens, private pool and stunning views makes it an oasis of peace  and tranquility, where guests can unwind and recharge.
Villa Zarina is located in the hills above the Versilian coast, 2km from the centre of Camaiore, just 8 km from the Versilian coast with its famous beach resorts of Lido di Camaiore, Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi. GROUND FLOOR

The villa is set out on 3 floors.

The main entrance leads into a large, airy living room with an open fireplace and sofas. French doors give access to the garden and two gazebos, one for drinks and relaxing and the other with a dining table. On the other side of the living room, there is a corridor that features an antique Venetian ceramic stove and a beautiful upright piano (Bechstein) that leads to the dining room.
Another corridor leads to a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with  an oven, microwave, large American style fridge, toaster, Nespresso machine, dishwasher and breakfast table. From the kitchen, there is easy access to the garden and the gazebos.
Guests can  also enjoy a home cinema room equipped with satellite TV, CD/DVD players and a top quality HI FI. Two bathrooms with showers complete this floor.

On the second floor there is a lovely Master suite, which is in a contemporary style. It has a double bed, bathroom with shower and a chic bathtub, TV and a private terrace.

TOWER

On the top floor there is a large terrace (5.5 x 9 mts) furnished with sun loungers, a wicker sofa and armchairs, where you can enjoy the breathtaking  360 ° view over the whole of the Camaiore valley.

OUTDOORS

The villa is well equipped with various areas for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful, mature garden with stunning views to the hills. The pool is on a lower terrace from the villa. There are two gazebos, one for drinks and relaxing and the other for outdoor dining.
A short flight of stairs gives access to the lower garden where there is a large fenced pool (9.6mts x 6 mts) located on the edge of the woods.
The swimming pool is equipped with a sun deck in pretty Lecce stone, umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers. The pool has a ladder for entry / exit and an outdoor shower with hot water.
There are also a ping-pong table and a built-in BBQ.
