Villa Lucia is a perfect spot to enjoy country walks through the Tuscan hills and many more outdoor activities in the area. Great location to explore southern Tuscany with its wine towns, beautiful scenery and natural spas. The villa also offers views over the countryside and towards Lake Trasimeno. San Casciano dei Bagni is 2.8km away with all amenities and restaurants, there is a luxury SPA at 4km, where you can pamper yourself and Montepulciano, famous for its wines, is at 45km.

The décor is neutral so it makes it light and airy and furnishings and fittings are top quality. There are multiple spaces to enjoy outdoors, whilst drinking in the fabulous views. The villa has a well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a microwave and a fridge, a living room with a seating area, sofa bed and a dining area. There are 4 bedrooms (all King /Twin) and 5 bathrooms with a bidet and a shower.
