Casa Verona is a charming independent villa situated in a panoramic position in the hills above the Etruscan hill town of Cortona (approx. 14 kms). The house is surrounded by beautiful woods and from the private pool you can enjoy magnificent views of the valley and sunset. The interior is furnished with taste and equipped with modern comforts.

The villa is a great base for exploring the Cortona area, and southern Tuscany. The local towns of Cortona 14kms, Arezzo 30kms and Perugia 45kms are within easy reach and the larger cities of Florence 100kms and Siena 70kms make interesting day trips. There is a local minimarket and restaurant at 6km. The owners run a restaurant close by.

Casa Verona is the perfect location if you want a quiet, peaceful country location with a private garden and pool for a small family group.

Not included: Final cleaning - €150, heating - metered, maid €25 hr, small pets €50 per week.

Local Tourist Tax: €8 per person over 12 years of age. Payable in cash direct to the owner on arrival.

Security Deposit: €300 (euros) payable in cash on arrival, which is held and returned to you at the end of your stay.

Outdoor there is a private garden with a beautiful irregular-shaped swimming-pool (approx 7 x 14 mts – open from 15/05 to 30/09). A patio equipped with tables and chairs are perfect for “al fresco” dining and to enjoy the stunning sunsets. There is a barbecue for guests and wood is provided free of charge.

GARDEN AND POOL

The irregular shaped pool (7 x 14mts) is located just below the house. The pool is set in a lawn with breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and valley. There are deckchairs, loungers and umbrellas near the pool.

The villa is located at the end of a winding country road, but it's worth it for the panoramic views when you get there.
There is 50 mts of track road to access the villa.
