Ville Verde consists of two superb farmhouses in Chianti, which have been restored to a very high standard. The villas are set in large grounds with a fabulous infinity pool with stunning views. All bedrooms have been decorated individually using different colours and themes to make each one special. Ville Verde is set in a backdrop of olive groves, vineyards and beautiful countryside.  The property is a perfect base, whether you want to relax and enjoy the countryside or also if you want to explore historic cities such as Florence (50 mins), Siena (1hr)  or Arezzo (40 mins).

Ville Verde is a spacious property and perfect for a large family group. There are a total of 11 spacious bedrooms and suites all (except one) with a hydro massage bathtub. Each bedroom in Ville Verde is individually furnished and decorated to give each a very individual feel. Ville Verde is set in large grounds and has a lovely infinity pool. There is a conservatory dining room for meals together.

There is a main entrance into a hall/study with armchairs and this leads through to a sitting room area. To the rear of  Ville Verde there is the kitchen (professional – only used by staff) and also a light, airy glass conservatory laid out as a dining room. To the side of the villa and with an independent entrance there is a Junior suite with lounge area and double bedroom. It has wonderful panoramic views over the Valdarno valley. It is elegantly furnished and has a unique bathroom built into the rock, which has a hydro massage bathtub and spacious separate shower. LCD TV, phone, fridge, open fireplace.

FIRST FLOOR

A stone staircase leads up the first floor landing.  There are 3 bedrooms  the first floor as follows:
