Security Deposit: €800 (euros) payable in cash on arrival, which is held and returned to you at the end of your stay.
This pretty farmhouse is set a well-groomed private garden. The villa has its own parking and private pool. There are two covered patios one to the rear of the house and the other at the pool. The villa is a very spacious well-kept house for a large group with large living room and spacious billiard room on the first floor. It has great views over the valley and to the hills opposite.

Ground floor:
There is a very spacious living room on the ground floor with an open fireplace, satellite TV, CD and DVD players. Off the downstairs hall there is a downstairs shower room as well as a laundry room with washing machine and sink for washing clothes. The country style kitchen is well equipped and has a large double door fridge freezer and ice dispenser, marble sink, large hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is a covered patio that provides a shady area for dining “al fresco”. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower.
Also on the ground floor to the rear of the house there is a double bedroom with pretty iron bed and large en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a spacious corner bath with a wall-mounted shower in the bath
First floor
A large staircase leads form the downstairs living room area up to the first floor. This floor is also very spacious. It has a large room at the top of the staircase where the billiard table is located. There are windows all round the room to the front, side and rear of the house. Making it very light and airy. Also on the first floor are 2 twin rooms one of which has a baby cot, a double with en suite bathroom with shower and a bathroom with a large corner hydromassage bath and wall mounted shower. All the bedrooms are fitted with screens and they also have air conditioning (available on request ) to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The pool area is located on a pretty terrace just below the house and it has beautiful views across the valley and to the hills opposite. The pool is 12 x 6 mts and has a lawned area for sunbathing, an outside shower and a covered patio for outside dining
