Villa Vinci is a lovely stone farmhouse on two floors, located in close to Vinci (famous as the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci). The house is a perfect property for either a family group within easy reach of the beautiful renaissance city of Florence (25km)). The house is a perfect base, for exploring Florence (25 km) and Pisa (50km), which are all within easy reach. Villa Vinci is in a country location and yet close to the local village (3kms)

Villa Vinci

Villa Vinci is a spacious house, which is perfect for a family group.
The farmhouse has been restored using traditional materials and there are terracotta floors and beamed ceilings throughout. It has been furnished using top quality fixtures and fittings and is very stylish.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with open fireplace that opens onto the garden. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a hob and oven, pizza oven, dishwasher, washing machine. Also on the ground floor is a conservatory, a dining room, which also has an open fireplace. There is also a downstairs bathroom. All rooms on the ground floor open onto the garden.

On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms: a triple room, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a single bedroom. All are decorated in pretty furnishings and some have iron beds. There are 2 bathrooms on the first floor. One has a bathtub and the other has a shower. All bedrooms are air conditioned.

There is a large garden (30,000 square metres), which extends into olives groves as well as a football pitch. There is a BBQ at the pool with a covered patio with table and chairs. There are panoramic views from the pool area.
