This is a spacious villa, which is perfect for a family group. The house has been restored using traditional materials and there are terracotta floors and beamed ceilings throughout. It has been furnished using top quality fixtures and fittings which include designer wrought iron work made by the owner’s family.  First Floor: On the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms (one can be made a twin) and 2 and a half bathrooms. There is a large master bedroom with a kitchen corner and armchairs. This room has an en suite bathroom with shower. It also has access to a loggia and outdoor staircase down into the garden. One double bedroom has a marble half bathroom with a sink, toilet and a bidet. There is one other bathroom on the first floor, which has a hydro massage bathtub and a shower over the bath.

Villa Vignacce is a pretty stone farmhouse located in the countryside on a 15 hectare organic farm estate. The farmhouse is set in a large garden with private pool and has panoramic views. The farmhouse has been restored using traditional materials. It has pretty interiors and is well equipped for a large group.It features lovely wrought iron chairs, beds and accessories all designed and made by the owners who have a showroom and workshop in the local area. 
Ground floor: The main entrance is through large arched glass doors into the lounge, which leads through to the large dining room (seats 12) with open fireplace to the rear of the villa. Off to the left is a hallway with cupboards and a ground floor bathroom with a double sink and a shower. Also on the ground floor is a laundry room with a washing machine and equipment for ironing. There is a well equipped kitchen which has a 5 ring gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a fridge.
There is a large garden with fabulous views all around the property. The pool is located close to the house and just slightly below it. Off the kitchen there is a patio with a pergola for dining “al fresco” and there is also an outdoor BBQ.
