Villa Vicchio The house is accessed by a private entrance gate to the side of the Villa. It is an electronic gate and the remote control is supplied on arrival. There is a paved driveway that has ample parking for up to 3 cars. The house looks out to open countryside and a gentle hillside with a pretty chapel in the distance.
To the other end of the living room there is a TV lounge with a top quality sofa bed and satellite TV. This room can be made into a comfortable third beroom for groups with up to 6 guests. The sofabed makes into a top quality bed and it has its own en suite marble bathroom with shower. Adjacent to the bathroom is a laundry room with a sink and a washer / dryer.  First Floor

Villa Vicchio is a lovely restored barn on two floors. It has been restored to exceptionally high standards and the work has been carried out by a well known Florentine architect. There are many traditional features such as chestnut beams and terracotta floors but the house also has a wonderful, modern, contemporary feel to it. An exceptional property set in pretty countryside.
Villa Vicchio is a beautifully restored barn with many modern features. This property has been restored to a very high standard. Desiged by a well known Florentine architect, he has maximised the use of this spacious barn to create a very light airy house, which connects well to the many outdoor spaces. There are large glass windows and doors throughout, giving a light airy feel to the fabulous house. The fixtures and furnishings have been carefully chosen and go well with the modern contemporary feel of the house. There is an eclectic mix of modern and antique that gives this house a very individual touch.
Ground Floor 
There is a pretty landscaped garden to the front of the house planted with lavender, rosemary and roses and Cypress trees. It is fenced off and hedged. The large pool (12 x 6 mts) is set in the garden close to the house. There is a security gate available on request should there be small children in the group. The pool has a pretty terracotta water fountain and a diving board. Just outside the kitchen there is a built in BBQ located on the patio for eating “al fresco” with outdoor seating. There are fabulous views from the garden over open countryside to a vineyard, fields and a country lane that winds up to a tiny chapel surrounded by cypress trees (contains frescoes by Giotto) and mountains in the far distance make a dramatic backdrop. Casa di Giotto, the birth place of famous, Middle ages artist Giotto, can be seen from the house and is open to the public. Visits to the tiny chapel can be arranged on request.
