The laundry room with washer dryer, sink and drying rack is also off the hall. The staircase leads from the hall to the first floor where there are several large bedrooms to the front and back of the house.
First Floor: There are two spacious four poster bedrooms each with and extra single bed (suitable for children) each with en suite shower room. There are also 3 further double bedrooms (two can be made a twin) both with en suite shower rooms.
There are pretty views from both the Villa and garden. Views are over the valley below and across to the hills opposite. The pool (12 x 6mts)is to the front of the Villa and the garden has open views in all directions. The pool can be heated in cool weather. In addition to the main farmhouse that sleeps 14 + 2 there is also a pretty adjacent barn that has been carefully restored to provide a further 3 double bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms with shower as well as a kitchen with electric hob (4 rings), oven, dishwasher and fridge.

Ground Floor: The main entrance is into a very spacious living room with a study area to one end. There is a large open fireplace.Off the living room is the dining room with a large table suited to a big group and the kitchen with a double sink, large 6 ring gas hob and grill plate, double oven, dishwasher, large fridge / freezer and access to the side garden.
