It has been furnished with top quality fixtures and furnishings.The house is a perfect base, for exploring Siena (20 mins) and Chianti and is within easy reach of Arezzo(40 mins), Florence (1.15hrs) which are all within easy reach. There is a local bar / grocers at 5 mins and a supermarket at 10 mins and 20 minsIt is also just 10 mins from hot thermal springs close by which is an invigorating treat at and time of year. Villa Rosmarino Villa Rosmarino is a spacious villa, which is perfect for a family group. The property is made up of a main farmhouse with 6 bedrooms and an adjacent barn with 4 bedrooms. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms.  The house is in a “U” shape and a corridor leads from the lounge along to a well equipped kitchen, which has a 4 ring electric hob and a large oven, dishwasher, large fridge, freezer, microwave and also an open fireplace and double sink. Downstairs from the kitchen is a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, drying line. The kitchen leads onto a spacious dining room (seats 22) also with large windows leading onto the patio and also a terrace with outdoor seating for dining al fresco (seats 20). There are pretty views from the terrace over a vineyard and countryside. Also on the ground floor is a downstairs toilet which services the ground floor.  On the first floor there are 6 bedrooms (4 king size doubles and 2 twins) all with their own bathrooms (5 are en suite and 1 is up a small set of stairs). The bedrooms are off a central hallway. There is a large master bedroom with an entrance hall, separate shower room with toilet and also a bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub. The master bedroom has a wooden four poster bed. Three bedrooms have a mezzanine floor with a double sofa bed and are suitable for a family group with children.
