There are several natural spa towns and villages within a 10 - 30 min drive and it is also within easy reach of Florence (1.5hrs) and Rome (2hrs).

On the ground floor there is a well equipped Tuscan kitchen a spacious dining room and 2 large living rooms. Also on the ground floor is a Master two room suite with a double bedroom and en suite bathroom. There is also another double bedroom also with en suite bathroom.

OUTDOORS

The villa is set in large, well maintained grounds (3 acres). The jet stream pool (16 x 5mts) can be heated in cool weather via solar panels. There is a pretty pergola close to the pool for shade on a hot day. There are open unspoilt views over incredibly beautiful countryside. A 2 x 2 mt Jacuzzi located to the west of the villa captures the best of the setting sun. The villa also has a stocked vegetable garden so guests can enjoy fresh seasonal vegetables picked from right outside the villa. There are a variety of terraces and patios with pergolas for dining “al fresco”.
