Security Deposit: €2,500 (euros) payable with balance payment, which is held and returned to you within 14 days of departure.

Villa Rombo

Ground Floor: On the ground floor there is a well equipped Tuscan kitchen a spacious dining room and 2 large living rooms. Also on the ground floor is a Master two room suite with a double bedroom and en suite bathroom. There is also another double bedroom also with en suite bathroom.

First Floor : On the first floor there are a total of four bedrooms,. There are 3 double bedrooms and one twin bedroom (can be made a double on request). All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. All bedrooms also have air conditioning.

Adjacent Cottage:
A cottage on 2 floors completes the property. There is a relax area with bar, kitchenette. There are 3 double bedrooms (cam be made twins)all with en suite bathrooms as well as a gym.

The villa is set in large, grounds (3 acres). The jet stream pool (16 x 5mts) can be heated in cool weather via solar panels. There are open unspoilt views over incredibly beautiful countryside. There is also a 2 x 2 mt Jacuzzi. The villa also has a stocked vegetable garden so guests can enjoy fresh seasonal vegetables. There are a variety of terraces and patios with pergolas for dining “al fresco”.
