Villa Pratomagno is a modern detached house on two floors. It is a large spacious house for a large family group. It is located minutes from the mountain village of Loro Ciuffenna that sits at the foot of the Pratomagno hills, which create a fabulous backdrop. The village itself is built around a gorge and has an ancient watermill that sits precariously, overlooking the gorge. A perfect property for a large family group set in pretty countryside.

Villa Pratomagno a spacious detached house perfect for a large family group. It is located minutes from the centre of Loro Ciuffenna, which is documented as far back as 1065. Loro was a fortified village at the junction of two rivers, bridged at two points, which led to two gates in the village walls. The village still retains lots of its original character, with tiny lanes and hidden corners to explore. There is a tiny Romanesque bridge over the gorge, where today you can still see the blue toll house that sits at the corner of the tiny stone bridge.From Loro Ciuffenna you can wind up into the mountains behind to discover tiny mountain villages or head down into the valley below to explore the main towns or just sit at the café on the bridge and enjoy some of the best ice-cream in the area.
Villa Pratomagno is a perfect location if you want a country location easy access of shops, bars and restaurants.

The house is accessed by a private entrance gate with entry phone. There is a driveway and to rear of the house there are 3 garages available to guests

Ground Floor
On the ground floor the front door leads into a spacious living room with open fireplace and satellite TV, a CD player and video recorder. There is a is a large, well-equipped kitchen with large 5 ring gas hob, oven, large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, American coffee maker, Italian coffee maker, toaster, liquidiser, double sink and a TV. There is a large table and chairs and a double sofabed.Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and a laundry corner with a washing machine and sink.

First Floor
Stairs in the living room lead up to the top floor landing where there are a further 4 bedrooms. There is one twin bedroom, two double bedrooms and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds and an extra single bed (this room is suitable for children). There are 2 bathrooms on the first floor, one has a bath and the other has a shower.There is a small terrace off the landing with pretty views over the countryside.

There is a pretty garden to the front of the house planted with roses. It is fenced off and hedged. The large pool (12 x 6 mts) is set in the garden close to the house. There is a built in BBQ located to the side of the house.
