Not included: Telephone charges and internet if required - laptop (already configured and ready to use) available at the villa - €50 per week including internet usage, own laptop - €30 per week including internet usage, heating in winter charged at €3 euros per cubic metre, pool heating

Security Deposit: €1,000 (euros) payable in cash on arrival, which is held and returned to you at the end of your stay.

Villa Ponticelli is a spacious house, which is perfect for a family group. The farmhouse has been recently restored using traditional materials and there are terracotta floors and beamed ceilings throughout. It has been furnished using top quality fixtures and fittings and is very stylish. It retains the original feel of a Tuscan farmhouse but has been restored to provide every modern convenience and has many extra facilities. The owner has given the house an elegant period feel with the many beautiful antique pieces that decorate the house, whilst providing many modern features.

Villa Ponticelli

Ground Floor:
On the ground floor the main entrance is into a hallway that leads through to the living room and upstairs to the top floor. There is a spacious living room with an open fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, stereo music system. The living room has been very elegantly furnished with may antique pieces. There is an arched glass door leading onto the garden. Off the living room is a dining room with a Murano glass chandelier and 2 doors onto the garden. The kitchen is very well equipped and has a large range with hob and oven, dishwasher, and an extra large double fridge with ice-maker. There is also a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. All the bathrooms have specially made ceramics that match each bathroom and many have brass fittings. All the bedrooms also have a TV and a safe. There is a laundry room with a washer / dryer, a sink and iron & ironing board.

First Floor
An original stone staircase leads to the top floor where there is a spacious master bedroom with an open fireplace and huge antique mirror hangs on the wall opposite the bed. It has a large en suite bathroom with hydromassage bath, shower complete with handmade ceramics.Also on the top floor are a further 2 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom all with pretty en suite bathrooms with showers and handmade ceramic detailing, which gives each bathroom a different, unique look.

The house is set in a very large, fenced garden complete with security system (1.5 hectares). To the side of the house is an area planted with fruit trees and just off the main garden is an area stocked with fresh vegetables for guests to use. The pool area is located to the rear of the house on a large sunny terrace. There is a large infinity pool (17 x 7mts) with a hydromassage corner, which can be heated on request in Spring and Autumn. Close to the pool is a sauna for 6 people with its own spacious shower and toilet. Also at the pool area is a well equipped kitchen and BBQ area for eating at the poolside.
