Villa Olivo is a lovely stone farmhouse on two floors. It has been restored as a family home, maintaining many of the original features of the house including the chestnut beams and terracotta floors, but has been fullly equipped to accommodate a large group. It is a great base for exploring Arezzo (20 mins) , and the Pratomagno mountain area with tiny mountain villages. The larger cities of Florence (50 mins) and Siena (1.5 hours) are also within easy reach.
Villa Olivo is a perfect location if you want a quiet, peaceful country location with a private garden and pool that is within easy reach of local shops.

Villa Olivo, a pretty, stone farmhouse on two floors, has many traditional features such as wooden beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. The owner has decorated and furnished the farmhouse with top quality fixtures and fittings and some lovely antique pieces. The interior décor is very tasteful and reflects the style of the house with a mix of both country style as well as more elegant pieces. The farmhouse is set in olive groves, which extend well beyond the house (15 acres) and there are pretty views all around the farmhouse to the mountains behind and to the valley below.
Villa Olivo is located 5 mins from the local village where there are a number of shops including a supermarket, chemist, bar and ice cream shop, post office, pub and other local shops. It is also 5 mins from the exclusive Ferragamo estate with its picturesque village, restaurant and impressive family Villa.

Ground floor:
On the ground floor the entrance is from the rear patio into either the rear hall or the dining room where there is an open fireplace. The dining room extends into the kitchen, which is well equipped and has an oven, large hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave.

There are large arched French doors from the dining room onto the rear patio where there is a large table and chairs for “al fresco” dining. There is also a stone BBQ for guests to use on the patio. A few steps lead up to the lawn and pool area. The dining room leads into the rear hall where there are two bathrooms one with a bathtub and one with a walk in shower, one twin bedroom and one double bedroom. The bedrooms are prettily furnished with iron beds and open onto the front of the house.

First floor:
There is a second entrance into the first floor living room up a set of stairs to a covered loggia with outside table and chairs and pretty views over the valley below. The living room has an open fireplace. The living room has been comfortably furnished with two sofas.

From the living room there is access to a mezzanine floor where the TV lounge is located and it has two sofas one of which is a sofa bed. Off the living room is a hall and access to two first floor double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

The pool is located just above the house with a lawn to one side and mature trees giving shade in hot weather. The pool (12 x 5 mts) is large and has shallow steps in. There is an outside shower and footbath. There are sun loungers and chairs around the pool for sunbathing. The farmhouse and garden are set in 15 acres of well-tended olive groves all around the house.
