Villa Noce is a pretty stone farmhouse located in the countryside close to Anghiari. It has fabulous open views over the countryside below and towards a lake. It has been renovated retaining many original features and has chestnuts beams and terracotta floors throughout. It has a private garden with wonderful views from the front patio. It is close to a small local village with a supermarket and pizzeria, just 15 mins from Anghiari a pretty hilltop town with a variety of shops and within easy reach of San Sepolcro (20 mins) a larger town. Located in an interesting area both for its beautiful countryside and also because it is close to the birthplace of Michelangelo at Caprese Michelangelo (5kms), where there is a small museum and also Chiusi della Verna (30 mins) a sanctuary renowned as Saint Francis of Assisi stayed here.

Ground floor:There are two large French doors that open onto the patio to the front of the villa. The patio is covered by a pergola and provides a shady area for dining al fresco. To the left of the patio is a wood oven and a stand alone BBQ. The French doors give access to a dining room with a large dining table and then through to the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped and has a large hob, oven, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Off the kitchen is a hallway with stairs leading to the first and second floors. There is a washing machine in a large under stair cupboard 
Also on the ground floor to the rear of the house there is a double bedroom with pretty iron bed and large en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a spacious corner bath with a wall mounted shower in the bath
First floorA set of stone stairs leads from the hallway to the first and second floors. On the first floor there is a living room with stone fireplace. Off the living room there are two twin bedrooms and to the other side a bathroom with bath and wall mounted shower in the bath. To the rear of the house there is a large double bedroom with pretty iron bed and en suite bathroom with a sunken bath, marble sink and wall mounted shower in the bath. . 
Third floor On the third floor there is a stunning four poster bedroom with two large arched windows overlooking the garden. This room has its own bathroom with large walk in shower and marble sink. 
 The pool area is located just above the house on a terrace with open views over the countryside. The pool is 12 x 5mts and has a lawned area and terrace around it for sunbathing.

This pretty farmhouse is set in 2 hectares of private land. It is in a very private location but within easy reach of the local village (1.5km). The villa has its own parking and private pool. There are several patios and a lovely pergola around the house making it a perfect house for a large group. The villa retains much of its original character and has restored wooden doors and several levels. The house has many doors that open onto the garden making it bright and airy. It has wonderful views over a lake in the near distance.
