Villa Mare Basement level: From the living room a staircase leads down to the basement level. There is a small bathroom on this floor with a washing machine. There is a single bedroom and also a Turkish bath and Jacuzzi.
First Floor: A staircase leads up to the first floor form the living room. There are two king size bedrooms on this floor with air conditioning and one has an en suite bathroom with bathtub and the other has an en suite bathroom with shower. Both rooms have their own terrace with sea view. The house is set in a large garden (2,000 sq mts) which extends off to each side of the villa, the front and around to the rear. It has high hedges all round and a private gated entrance from the road. The heated pool (mts) is located directly in front of the house. The first floor of the house has sea views and to the rear there are views to the mountains in the distance     There are well equipped outdoor areas for dining “al fresco”. There is a BBQ in the garden. The villa is just 3kms form the centre of Forte dei Marmi and there is a cycle path right outside the villa along into town.  Please note that a characteristic of the sea front in Versilia is that there is a road that runs along the coast. There is the beach and beach clubs directly on the beach then a road then the residential villas and residences. There are no villas right on the beach. Villa Mare is a fabulous modern beach house located right on the sea front just outside the exclusive beach resort of Forte dei Marmi. The villa is large and spacious (240 sq mt) as well as very bright and airy. It is located over 3 floors and is surrounded by a large private garden and has a private pool to the front of the villa, which can be heated in cool weather, It is extremely handy for the beach as it is literally across the road from a variety of beach clubs and very close to “Henderson’s” an exlcusive beach club
Ground floor: The ground floor is accessed form the front of the house and it has large glass doors along the whole front of the villa. There is a covered space directly to the front of the villa for dining outdoors.On the ground floor there is a large spacious living room / dining area. Off the lounge is a well equipped kitchen that also opens onto the front patio. There is a Queen bedroom with air conditioning. Also on the ground floor is a children’s bedroom. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with bathtub and shower. To the rear of the living room there is a door that leads on to a small terrace and a staircase down to ground level and the rear garden.
