It is extremely spacious accommodation ( 450 square metres) and perfect for a large family group. The villa has been restored with great attention to detail and provides all modern comforts whilst retaining its old world charm. .Villa Marchese is a perfect base, for exploring Pisa 30 mins, Florence (30 mins) and Lucca (40 mins) and the pretty, local hilltop town of San Miniato well known for its marvellous truffles. .

Villa Marchese
Sleeps 11 + 5  Villa Marchese is an imposing villa has been superbly restored to provide a high standard of accommodation for up to 11 + 2 guests. It has very spacious rooms and high ceilings and large windows giving it a very light and airy feel. It is perfect for a large group as there is no shortage of space. The landscaped gardens and pool area are perfect for a special occasion, a large party or celebration. (holds up to 150 guests)
First Floor: Bedrooms: Caterina Isabella Maddalena Eleonora Fold out beds are available for children in the group.
There are pretty views from both the Villa and garden. Views are over the valley below and down toward the pool area. The villa has a private garden to the rear and terraces.. The pool is set in landscaped gardens approx 500 mts from the villa. There is a path down from the villa or guests can also drive right down to the pool area. 
In addition to the main villa there is also a small apartment 2 doors away that provides accommodation for another 2 3 guests. This accommodation is suitable for staff or a nanny. It is open plan and has one bedroom leading onto a room with two day beds / sofas then leading down to a kitchen / dining room with a well equipped kitchen with hob, oven, large fridge / freezer, dishwasher. There is a bathroom with shower. It is fully air conditioned. There is no garden for this accommodation. Please request to book the apartment with the villa at the time of booking. If no mention is made of the apartment, we will presume you intend to book the main villa only.

Ground Floor: The large main door leads into a hall with large glass doors opening onto the impressive central dining room. This room has a white washed wooden ceiling and there are traditional terracotta floors throughout the ground floor. To the rear there is a door to the terrace and steps lead down to the garden.
Off the dining room to the left is a the professionally equipped kitchen with an original fireplace, large gas hob and grill plate, large oven, large fridge freezer and a dishwasher.
To the right of the dining room on the other side of the villa is a sitting room, and a piano room furnished with antique furniture. There is also a downstairs bathroom
