Villa Magnolia

Villa Magnolia is a spacious villa, which is perfect for a family group.
The farmhouse has been restored using traditional materials throughout. It has been furnished using top quality fixtures and fittings and is very stylish.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with satellite TV, dining room. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a 8 ring hob and 2 ovens, dishwasher, American fridge/freezer, washing machine. Also on the ground floor is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and two bathrooms with shower.

On the first floor there are 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms: three double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms and one single bedroom. All are decorated in pretty furnishings and some have iron beds. There are 6 bathrooms and all have showers.

Barn

Adjacent to the main villa is a beautifully restored barn that provides exceptionally spacious accommodation for a further 4+2 guests. It has a very spacious lounge / kitchen / diner with well equipped kitchen area with 4 ring hob, oven, small fridge, small freezer, double sink, dishwasher??. There is a door off the kitchen area to an outside patio. The ground floor has large picture windows and a gallery that provides and interesting feature to the room. Off the gallery is a room that can be used for storage. Also on the ground floor and with views to the orchard is one double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower on a mezzanine floor above the bedroom. There is a second lounge area with sofa bed located between the two bedrooms. This room has a bathroom with bathtub. There is also a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower.

There is a large garden which extends into an orchard and vineyards. There is an outside loggia, which has a traditional pizza oven and there is also a BBQ. There are pretty open views from the villa over the countryside.
