Villa Lisa was once the country residence of a Lucchese count and today offers the very best in luxury Tuscan living with 8 luxurious guest bedrooms for up to 16 guests and has beautifully restored frescoes in the reception rooms giving it a wonderful air of elegance. Villa Lisa has immaculate Italian gardens with a fresh water brook that runs into two small lakes with weeping willow trees. Elegant cypress trees and fragrant lemon trees make a perfect backdrop to the large swimming pool. Prices include: Welcome groceries, electricity, water, gas, linen, heating / air conditioning. twice weekly cleaning, 2 linen changes per week (Saturday and Wednesday), final cleaning, local taxes.

Security Deposit: €5,000 (euros) payable with balance payment. It is held and returned to you at the end within 14 days of departure.

. Ground Floor This is a beautiful aristocratic villa for those wanting to experience Tuscan Luxury living. On the ground floor there is a large formal dining room and a breakfast room. There is an aristocratic living room equipped with a Hi Fi, satellite TV and DVD. There is a well equipped Tuscan style kitchen, a library, card room, billiard room. The cellar of the villa is well stocked with a range of top class wines and has a kitchen with an antique wood burning stove. .



Upper Floors Eight beautifully appointed guest rooms are located on the upper floors of the villa. There are 3 twin bedrooms, 4 Queen bedrooms and 1 King bedroom. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower facilities and each bathroom is equipped with bathrobes and a hairdryer. Each floor of the villa as its own kitchen.

The Villa is set in large grounds that include a stream and two small lakes. There are very elegant Italian style gardens that are immaculately kept and include many large impressive trees, including weeping willows and majestic Cypress trees.. The garden forms an elegant foreground to this aristocratic villa. The 20x10mts pool is located at a short distance from the villa.

Planning your stay Villa Lisa is an ideal base from which to discover the many delights of Tuscany. The medieval walled town of Lucca is a 10 minute drive away – the small city is very easy to get around and discover for yourself or guided tours can be arranged.

. The Leaning Tower of Pisa (30 minutes away) has recently opened to the public. It is stunningly set in an open lawned piazza which also houses the Cathedral, Baptistery and Campo Santo Cemetery. A 40 minute drive will take you to the little port and town of Lerici overlooked by a cliff top castle from where boats leave every hour to Portovenere and the World Heritage site of the Cinque Terre, five dramatically cliff clinging villages. Renaissance Florence is just an hour away, either by train or car.
Siena is an hour and a half away with possible stops on the way to San Gimignano and Monteriggioni , as is Chianti where you can arrange a wine-tasting at one of the many vineyards. For those interested in art and sculpture there are the impressive marble quarries of Carrara as well as the sculpture town of Pietrasanta. Forte dei Marmi is a lively beach stop with some great shopping as you join the masses in the early evening stroll through the town.
