Ground Floor:
The ground floor has a well equipped, kitchen and a large dining room, a shower room, a twin bedroom and a separate apartment with a sofa bed for 2 guests, a bathroom and its own kitchen.

First Floor:
The first floor has 2 double bedrooms, a single bedroom and 1 bathroom. There is also an additional kitchen on the first floor. Also off the first floor is a large patio furnished for eating outdoors. There are stunning panoramic views from the patio.

The villa is set in a large private garden (3,000 square metres) planted with olive trees, and many aromatic plants such as lavender, rosemary and roses. At the front of the house there is a patio completely equipped for outdoor dining and it has a barbecue. There is a private pool (12 x 6mts) located at a short distance from the villa. Enjoy the sea views in the distance from the terrace. The pool is lit so you can even enjoy a late evening swim.
