Not included: Extra guest over 12 - €312 per week, telephone – metered, air conditioning - €0.60 per unit, extra linen change - €35 per bedroom (2 guests), personal laundry and ironing - €10 per hour, extra maid service - €10 per hour, heating in Winter - €300 per week. Security Deposit: €1,500 (euros) payable in cash on arrival, which is held and returned to you at the end of your stay.  This is a spacious villa, which is perfect for a family group. The house has been restored using traditional materials and there are terracotta floors and beamed ceilings throughout. It has been furnished using top quality fixtures and fittings and many antique pieces. The villa features a large panoramic terrace where you can sit and relax and enjoy the view. Villa Giulia Ground floor: On the ground floor there is a living room with a half piano and satellite TV, a dining room that seats up to 14 guests, a well equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher. Also on the ground floor there is a double bedroom with Queen size bed and an en suite bathroom with shower. The ground floor opens onto a patio with outdoor chairs and table.     First Floor: The first floor has a spacious living room with open fireplace and from here you can access the large terrace furnished with table and chairs and a sofa for dining “al fresco”. From here there is a marvellous view over the valley and towards the village. There is a TV room with satellite TV and a formal dining room that seats up to 12 guests. There is a Tuscan kitchen with an open fireplace and a table and chairs to seat up to 8 guests. Also on the first floor is an air conditioned double bedroom with king size bed and a bathroom with bathtub and a shower over the bath.     Second Floor: The second floor has 4 bedrooms as follows. The red room is an air conditioned double bedroom with Queen size bed and it has a bathroom with shower and a washer / dryer. The green room is an air conditioned double bedroom with king size bed (can be made a twin on request). The Hydrangea room is a triple room with 3 single beds and it has a ceiling fan. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower over the bath.There is a further air conditioned double room with a king size bed (can be made a twin on request) This bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower.  There are well equipped outdoor areas for dining “al fresco” including the large terrace. There is plenty of outdoor furniture for relaxing outside and enjoying the views. The pool (6 x 11mts) is located on a terrace below the villa where there is a changing room and a bathroom for use at the pool. Villa Giulia is a pretty 19th century villa located within easy reach of Pisa (approx 20 mins). The villa is set in a large garden with private pool. It has pretty interiors and is well equipped for a large group.
