This is a spacious villa, which is perfect for a family group. The house has been restored using traditional materials and there are terracotta floors and beamed ceilings throughout. It has been furnished using top quality fixtures and fittings and is very stylish. It has been restored to provide every modern convenience. The villa has 2 sections either side of a central covered patio. The main section of the villa has two floors and the adjacent section, a pretty barn conversion, has one floor.  The house is set in a very large, fenced garden. The pool (13 x 6mts) is located off to one side of the house and has open views over the countryside.. The pool can be heated in cooler weather. Close to the pool and under ground level there is a large room stocked with wines and cigars. Off this room is a Turkish bath and also a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Villa Fornace is a lovely brick farmhouse on two floors located in the countryside close to Cortona. The farmhouse is set in a large garden with pool and has views over the valley and towards the local town. Villa Fornace was originally a kiln for making terracotta bricks, this unusual property has been restored to provide a fabulous villa for the more discerning traveller. The interiors are furnished with great style and it is very well equipped. Villa Fornace has been restored using terracotta floors and has traditional chestnut beams throughout.
First Floor: There is a large master bedroom which has 5 windows overlooking the garden. It has a dressing room / cupboard and an en suite bathroom with a super large shower with 2 shower heads. There is a first floor lounge area with an open fireplace, TV and a phone. There is then a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom with a shower. At the far end of the house there is then a few stairs down into a further lounge area with a sofa, 2 armchairs and an open fireplace. This lounge has a kitchen corner within a large cupboard designed to provide a compact kitchen area if a large group of multiple families are travelling together. The kitchen corner is small but well equipped and has a dishwasher, a 4 ring hob and a small size fridge, oven, microwave and a sink. Also at this end of the house there is a large double bedroom and a bathroom with hydromassage bath and a shower. All bedrooms have phones as well as screens on the windows and all have both under floor cooling as well as traditional air conditioning. All bathrooms have under floor heating as well as traditional wall mounted radiators. There are several video entry phone points around the villa. 
The barn conversion is all on one floor and is superb. It has a beautiful, professionally equipped, country style kitchen with a 6 ring gas hob, double sink, open fireplace / BBQ, large windows looking onto the garden, large central table, large US style fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave and a pretty French dresser. This spacious kitchen is perfect for organising cookery lessons. Outside the kitchen through glass doors is a large covered patio, overlooking the garden, complete with a traditional pizza oven and BBQ and a stone sink. There is a dining area for 10 guests that also has an open fireplace as well as a flat screen TV with Dolby stereo sound. There is a bathroom with toilet. There is a twin bedroom with a large window overlooking the garden and en suite bathroom with a shower and also a double bedroom also with a large window to the garden and en suite bathroom with a shower. All rooms can be regulated separately and have under floor cooling as well as air conditioning.
