Villa Foiano is made up of two adjacent villas that both sleep 8 guests, set in a very large garden with pretty views over the countryside and towards Lucignano and Monte San Savino in the distance. It is a prefect property for a large group or two family groups with lots of space both inside and out. Villa Foiano 1 Villa Foiano was originally restored as a large family home so has been very well equipped and designed to provide spacious, comfortable accommodation for a large group. It has been restored using traditional materials and is furnished with high quality fixtures and fittings. Its central location makes it a great spot from which to explore the rest of Tuscany or indeed Umbria which is not too far away   First Floor: On the first floor there are a further 3 double bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms.   Villa Foiano 2 The ground floor has a well equipped kitchen, a dining room and living room with satellite TV. Also on the ground floor there are 2 double bedrooms with a bathroom with shower   The first floor (garden level to the front) has a living room, dressing room, bathroom and opens onto a panoramic outdoor terrace.The second floor has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and both have en suite bathrooms with showers.    The house is set in a large garden with pretty views towards Lucignano. The pool is set in the large garden a short distance from the villas. It has open views and loungers around the pool. There is also a gazebo providing shade. The gardens are large and are immaculately kept and have pretty flower borders including roses (the owners passion). Villa Foiano is made up two adjacent villas and is perfect for a large group. Both have been restored using traditional materials and finished to a high standard. They are set in a very large garden,(fenced) which is immaculately kept and has pretty flowers borders. The garden slopes away providing panoramic views over the valley. The property is located just 3 km from the local town of Foiano making it handy for shops, bars and restaurants. On the other side of town there is also a large outlet village featuring many high street makes and designer labels including Guess, Calvin Klein, Adidas as well as other sportswear retailers, Merrell shoes, Swatch and many many more. The hillside town of Cortona is also within easy reach.
