This is a spacious villa, which is perfect for a family group. The house has been restored using traditional materials and there are terracotta floors and beamed ceilings throughout. It has been furnished using top quality fixtures and fittings which include designer wrought iron work made by the owner’s family. On the ground floor it opens onto the garden where there is a patio with pergola opposite the kitchen where a second small kitchen is located as well as a traditional wood oven / BBQ. There are fabulous views from all round the property. Villa Domenico Ground floor: There is a well equipped kitchen which has a double sink, a 5 ring gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a large fridge / freezer. There is a laundry room with a washing machine and equipment for ironing. The villa is stocked with a range of Tuscan wines (payable on departure). There are two ground floor bedrooms.  First Floor: On the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms. There is a large King size master bedroom which also has a day bed that can be made up for a child in the group. This room has an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and a shower over the bath. There is a pretty four poster bedroom with an en suite pink and green bathroom. There are two further double bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms with showers and one of these has a pretty stone fireplace. Also on the first floor is a second small laundry room equipped with a sink and a washing machine.   There is a large garden with panoramic views all around the property. The pool (12 x 6mts) is located on a terrace below the villa and has a Jacuzzi corner. Opposite the kitchen there is a patio for dining “al fresco” and there is also a second kitchen area with a traditional wood oven and BBQ.   Facilities: Notes:  |
Villa Domenico is a pretty stone farmhouse located in the countryside on a 15 hectare organic farm estate with vineyards and olive groves. The farmhouse is set in a large garden with private pool and has panoramic views. The farmhouse has been restored using traditional materials. It has pretty interiors and is well equipped for a large group. It features lovely wrought iron chairs, beds and accessories all designed and made by the owners who have a showroom and workshop in the local area.
