Villa degli Artisti is an elegant Villa close to the local village (2mins) with shops, bars and restaurants. The exclusive Ferragamo estate with its tiny picturesque village and country estate is also located approx 5 mins. away from San Giustino Valdarno. Villa degli Artisti has 3 double rooms rented on a bed & breakfast basis and several apartments within the Villa itself and the farmhouse next door. All have the use of the garden and pool. On the ground floor of the villa is an art gallery with both traditional and modern works of art on show for guests to view. Some pieces are also on sale. It is within easy reach of Florence (1 hour) and Arezzo (30 mins). It is a great location for exploring the local area including the Ferragamo Estate nearby (5 mins), Loro Ciuffenna and the many tiny mountain villages above.

Prices include: breakfast for rooms only (apartments are self catering but breakfast is available on request), electricity, gas, linen, daily tidying, heating, parking, final cleaning, local taxes.

Security Deposit: €150 (euros) payable in cash on arrival, which is held and returned to you at the end of your stay.

Villa degli Artisti has been carefully restored using a mix of traditional and modern features to create very comfortable, elegant holiday accommodation. The rooms and apartments are furnished to a very high standard. There are several apartments within the Villa itself all of which are spacious, light and airy. The apartments within the farmhouse next door are in a charming country style. The villa has pretty views to the countryside and surrounding hills and has a large garden with pool. It is minutes from the local village of San Giustino Valdarno, where there are bars, restaurants and a supermarket. The Villa has arranged special deals with local restaurants if bookings are made through them and they have a "dining in" service for guests on request.

The Apartments

Leonardo - sleeps 2+2
A lovely first floor apartment with light coloured wooden flooring. It has a large living room with kitchen corner, large double bedroom, hall and bathroom with shower, The great feature of this apartment is that it has a large balcony across the front of the Villa with outside seating, overlooking the drive and looks towards the garden and pool.

Michelangelo - sleeps 2+2
A very spacious first floor apartment with terracotta floors and oak beams. It has a spacious living room with a large open fireplace and kitchen, a large double bedroom with pretty open fireplace, hall and bathroom with shower. It can be joined to apartment Raffaello.

Raffaello - sleeps 2+2
A first floor apartment with a living room with kitchen corner, 1 double bedroom, hall, bathroom with shower.

Caravaggio - sleeps 4+2
A spacious second floor apartment with a large living room with sofa bed and stairs to attic double bedroom and en suite bedroom. It also has a large double bedroom with pretty open fireplace, hall and second bathroom with shower. It can be joined with apartment Botticelli.

Botticelli & Luca della Robbia - sleep 2+2

The Farmhouse

Giotto - sleeps 2
An apartment for 2 on the ground floor of the farmhouse located close to the garden and with its own small terrace. It has an open plan living room with kitchen corner / double bedroom. There is a bathroom with shower.

Piero della Francesca - sleeps 4+2
This apartment is in the farmhosue and has an entrance up a flight of stairs at the side of the house. It has a living room with open fireplace and kitchen corner and sofa bed. There are 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.

Bed & Breakfast

Verrocchio, Pinturicchio and Cimabue are all double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on the third floor of this lovely Villa and share a roof terrace. Please note that this is an attic floor and so has low ceilings and not recommended for exceptionally tall guests. Breakfast is served in the dining room and guests also have the use of a TV lounge on the ground floor next to reception.
