Villa Cortona is a pretty stone farmhouse on three floors located in the countryside close to Cortona. The farmhouse is set in a large garden with pool and has views over the valley and towards the local town of Cortona. The farmhouse has been restored using terracotta floors and has traditional chestnut beams throughout.
Villa Cortona is a perfect base, for exploring Cortona (3kms). It is also within easy reach of Lake Trasimeno (19kms), Arezzo (30kms)

Security Deposit: €500 (euros) payable in cash on arrival, which is held and returned to you at the end of your stay.

This villa, which is perfect for a family group, has been restored using traditional materials and there are terracotta floors and beamed ceilings throughout.

Villa Cortona

Ground floor: There is a living room with open fireplace. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom (can be made a twin on request), a single bedroom and one bathroom with shower

First Floor: There is a large sitting room / dining room with open fireplace and views over Cortona. There is also a well-equipped kitchen with an oven, 5 ring gas hob, microwave, large fridge /freezer. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and ironing facilities. There is a terrace close to the kitchen with panoramic views for dining “al fresco”.Also on the first floor are two double bedrooms with views over Cortona and a bathroom with hydromassage bath.

Upper Floor:
On this floor there is a small entrance hall as well as a double bedroom, a single bedroom, one bathroom with shower.
Please note the middle and upper floor are connected internally, but the ground floor isn’t connected internally. All floors have access to the garden.

The house is set in a large garden with panoramic views towards Cortona. The pool (12 x 5mts) is located off to one side of the house and has open views over the countryside. There are several covered pergolas, terraces and patios around the villa to relax, enjoy the views and dine outdoors.
