Villa Cetona  Villa Cetona is a spacious villa, which is perfect for a large family group or special event. On the ground floor it has a large lounge area with open fireplace (60 square metres). Also on the ground floor is a large kitchen area and spacious dining room (80 square metres) that opens onto a covered patio and has a bathroom with two toilets. There is also an open fireplace and armchairs creating a lounge area. This space is perfect for special events and weddings or breakfast can be organised for the whole group.

Villa Cetona is a pretty country farmhouse on two floors plus a tower room, located close to Cetona and in stunning countryside. The villa is a perfect property for a family group within easy reach of the picturesque town of Cetona (3.5km). Both Florence ansd Rome are within 1.5 hrs and it is a perfect location to visit Montepuliciano, Pienza, Siena, Cortona., Assisi, Todi, Perugia and Lake Trasimeno.
There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the ground floor. Of these there are three doubles and 1 twin room. All double rooms can be made twins and all twins can be made doubles to suit the individual group
The first floor is accessed by an outside stair. On the first floor there are a total of 5 bedrooms, four doubles and one twin bedroom. There are 5 bathrooms (one has a bathtub and 4 have showers). A spiral staircase leads to a pretty tower double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower. There are several open fireplaces and smaller lounge areas and kitchen corners for individual groups to prepare meals. A maximum of 5 extra beds can be supplied on request (extra charge).
The villa has large grounds (5,000 square metres). The pool (14 x 7mts) is set to the side of the villa and is a short distance form the house. It has an infinity edge looking out over the countryside. There is a covered patio with tables and chairs for dining outside and other tables and chairs around the garden for relaxing outside. There is also an outside BBQThere are pretty open views from the villa over the countryside.
