Villa Casale Ground floor: There is a lovely living room with open fireplace as well as a large well equipped kitchen with professional oven, 2 dishwashers, 6 ring gas hob, large fridge/freezer and a laundry room with a washer / dryer. Also on the ground floor is a large dining room. The ground floor rooms open onto the garden and have beautiful views over the lake.Also on the ground floor is a spacious master bedroom with its own en suite bathroom with bathtubThere is an additional guest bathroom on the ground floor.     First Floor: There are 5 spacious suites on the first floor which all have their own en suite bathrooms (3 bathrooms have bathtubs and 2 have showers). There are 4 double (King and Queen) rooms and one twin room. Also on the first floor is a cosy study with a Swedish wood stove for cooler months and cathedral ceiling with a skylight. This room opens onto a panoramic terrace with stunning lake views.     Upper Floor:
   The house is set in a very large gardens. The pool (16 x 7mts) is located on a terrace below the house and has breathtaking open views over the countryside and over Lake Trasimeno   There are well equipped outdoor areas for dining al fresco. There is a traditional wood oven and stone BBQ and a covered pergola for shade on a terrace overlooking the lake. This is a spacious villa, which is perfect for a family group or special event. The house has been restored using traditional materials and there are terracotta floors and beamed ceilings throughout. It has been furnished using top quality fixtures and fittings and is very stylish and provides accommodation for the more discerning traveller. Its light airy spaces and large gardens lend itself very well to special events such as wedding groups, birthdays and family reunions. The two housekeepers are great cooks so can provide for meals at the villa. For more special occasions expert local catering companies are available.
