Villa Bionda is a pretty, modern villa located in Forte dei Marmi, approx 850 – 900 metres from the beach (short cycle or a 5 min walk). This villa is semi detached and has a private garden and plunge pool. It is decorated in a modern style with designer furniture. The paintings and artwork, which decorate the walls of the villa, change every year and are available for sale on request. Second & Third Floor
On the second and third floors there are 4 bedrooms, 2 are doubles and 2 are singles. There are 4 bathrooms, 2 have showers, 1 has a bathtub and one is a service bathroom.

Outdoors, there is a terrace with a dining area for 6 guests close to the plunge pool (4.5 x 4.5 metres). The garden is planted with Mediterranean trees, shrubs and herbs and has a lawn area that is automatically irrigated.
