Villa Bianca is a large stone Villa on three floors located in the countryside close to Cortona. The Villa is set in a pretty garden and has a shared pool and views to the surrounding hills and towards Cortona. The interiors of this lovely Villa are furnished in style and there are many pieces of original artwork including paintings and pieces of furniture. There are two pretty apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the first and second floor.
Villa Bianca is a perfect base, for exploring Cortona (10 mins), Perugia and Lake Trasimeno.

These two apartments are perfect for those wanting to visit Cortona. The Villa has been restored using traditional materials and there are terracotta floors and beamed ceilings throughout. It has been furnished using top quality fixtures and fittings and is very stylish. The house has a charming country feel to it whilst providing many modern features.

Apartment for 2 - 4
On the ground floor. The main entrance is into the living room / dining room / kitchen which has a 4 ring hob and fridge. (no oven). Both apartments have a stocked wine cupboard where guests can select wines and pay for those used. Off a hallway there is one twin bedroom and one double bedroom which has French doors onto a small courtyard. There is one bathroom with shower. This apartment has its own covered loggia in the garden just outside the entrance for eating “Al fresco” and has pretty views.

Apartment for 6/7
This spacious apartment is on the first and second floors of the Villa and is accessed by a set of stairs at the front of the Villa. The entrance leads into the living room with open fireplace and dining area. There is also a set of stairs to the first floor. Off the living room is a well-equipped, modern kitchen with oven, hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, double sink. On this floor there is also a bathroom with double sink, bath and shower and a double bedroom with extra day bed. There is a stocked wine cupboard where guests can select wines and pay for those used.





On the third, attic floor of the house this apartment has a second sitting room with an great ethnic feel to the dιcor. It has a high ceiling so it a lovely spacious room. There is a sofa bed here for extra guests. A hall along the front of the house leads to a bathroom with shower, a second larger bathroom with bath and shower attachment, one twin bedroom and one double bedroom.

The garden is to the front of the house and is equipped with a BBQ. There is a sun terrace off the garden and the pool is located at a short distance from the house on a lower level. There are pretty views from this Villa over to the hills opposite and towards Cortona in the near distance.
