Villa Bella Vista is a fabulous villa and has recently been renovated to provide holiday accommodation for the more discerning guest and can accommodate a group of up to 8 guests. Set in a secular park, this beautiful villa has been restored to create a comfortable home filled with Tuscan charm.

Ground Floor
On the ground floor of this pretty villa there is a very spacious living room with satellite TV, a dining room, large professionally equipped Tuscan kitchen including a large oven, microwave, fridge. Also on the ground floor is a guest bathroom..
First Floor
On the first floor there is a living room with open fireplace, two double bedrooms with en suite bedrooms with hydromassage, one double bedroom with en suite shower room amd one twin bedded room with own shower room (accessed through the lounge)
The swimming pool (12 x 6 mts) is set in a private walled garden with garden furniture. There are outdoor areas for dining and relaxing as well as parking.
Planning your stay
Villa Bella Vista is an ideal central base from which to discover the many delights of Tuscany. The medieval walled town of Lucca is a 30 minute drive away.

The Leaning Tower of Pisa (15 minutes away as is Pisa airport).It is stunningly set in an open lawned piazza which also houses the Cathedral, Baptistery and Campo Santo Cemetery. A 40 minute drive will take you to the little port and town of Lerici overlooked by a cliff top castle from where boats leave every hour to Portovenere and the World Heritage site of the Cinque Terre, five dramatically cliff clinging villages. Renaissance Florence is just an hour away, either by train or car.
Siena is an hour and a half away with possible stops on the
way to San Gimignano and Monteriggioni , as is Chianti where you can arrange a wine-tasting at one of the many vineyards. For those interested in art and sculpture there are the impressive marble quarries of Carrara as well as the sculpture town of Pietrasanta. Forte dei Marmi is a lively beach stop with some great shopping as you join the masses in the early evening stroll through the town.
There are many wonderful restaurants to try in the area and reception can assist in pointing you in the right direction and making reservations.
