Villa Acacia is a detached house located within easy reach San Gimignano and Volterra. It is set in large private grounds (40 hectares) and shares the extensive grounds and large pool with 2 other detached houses and a small apartment on the property. Close to the entrance gate is a small lake, close by is a vineyard and the gardens are planted with cypress trees and lavender. Set on a hillside in a natural forest there are stunning views over the valley below. On a clear day you can see the pretty, walled town of Monteriggioni in the distance. There are also a variety of woodland walks around the property.
Villa Acacia is a perfect property if you want a country location but within easy reach of picturesque San Gimignano (10km). Volterra and Colle val D’Elsa are also within easy reach.

Villa Acacia was once a look out tower for a tiny village close by and has been restored by the present owners to provide a spacious holiday accommodation. This villa is located close to the tennis court. It has its own patio and outside BBQ.

Ground floor:
The entrance is into the kitchen /dining room. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, hob, dishwasher microwave. There is a living room with open fireplace and a downstairs bathroom with shower.

First floor:
On the first floor there is a 3 spacious double bedrooms (two of which can be twins) and all have en suite bathrooms with showers.

Guests have the use of a large pool and sun terrace, which has open views over the valley below. At a distance from the pool is a pretty lake and there are many woodland walks around the property. The owners sell Olive oil, honey and wine that are produced on the estate.
