Villa Prezzemolo is a stylish, renovated farmhouse in the Val d'Orcia area of Southern Tuscany. It sleeps 10 in 3 double and 2 twin rooms. It has a livingroom with fireplace, study/TV room (which can become a single room if required). Large diningroom seating up to 16. Outside shaded dining area also seating up to 16. Vegetable garden. Fully equipped kitchen (8 burner hob, 2 ovens, double sink, dishwasher, fridge with ice maker), washine machine, tumble dryer, ironing equipment. The upper level and annex have a number of bedrooms (see below for full details). The nearby heated pool has stunning views of the Val d'Orcia. The villa also has a hot tub, which can be heated if required. Villa Prezzemolo is an ideal property for a large family or group of friends who will appreciate the stylish interiors and beautiful location. Nearest towns are Sarteano and Montepulciano, which are approx 15 mins away.

Villa Prezzemolo is set in one of the most picturesque areas of Italy – the Val d’Orcia. The area has been the setting for a number of Oscar winning films – The English Patient and Gladiator to name but two.

This stylish renovated stone farmhouse sleeps 10 in 3 double and 2 twin bedrooms (6 bathrooms) The villa consists of the main two storey villa and an adjoining annex. It has original terracotta floors and chestnut beams. It has a comfortable living room with fireplace, dining room seating up to 16 and well equipped kitchen with 8 burner stove, two ovens, double sink, dishwasher, fridge with ice maker, laundry room. Outdoors Villa Prezzemolo has a veg patch, and is surrounded by forests. Val d’Orcia is set in a perfect position for sightseeing, towns such as Pienza, Montalcino and Montepulciano are all within a short drive. Other famous towns such as Siena, Cortona and Arezzo are also close by for day trips.

SLEEPS 10

 Sleeps 10 + 1 in 3 double, two twin (can become double upon request) and a study/TV room with sofa-bed. Six bathrooms: all en suite accommodations.

GROUND FLOOR

Comfortable living room with antique stone fireplace, two doors opening to lawn and stone paved terraces dominating the valley for unforgettable drinks at sunset. Door leads to a study/TV room that can become a comfortable single bedroom for a sudden guest. En suite shower room/wc that can be useful also as a guest's cloakroom. Large dining room, with traditional peasant's hearth, dining table seating up to 16. Double door gives on the stone-paved and straw sheltered al fresco dining area (table seating up to 16) beside the vegetable garden. Stunning views over the Val d'Orcia.
Adjacent fully equipped kitchen: eight gas hobs, two ovens, double sinks, professional dishwasher and large availability of space for preparing food and storing. Further room contains two doors fridge with ice maker and cold-water dispenser, professional washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing equipment etc.

UPPER LEVEL

Stairs lead from living room to upper level, also able to be reached directly from parking area. Master bedroom (king), en suite bath with separate walk-in shower and tub. Twin bedroom (can become king) and closet. En suite dressing room/closet and bathroom (tub with wall-mounted shower).

TOWER

External stone staircase leads to the tower’s top floor: small terrace, double bedroom (king), ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

ANNEX

Twin (can be made into king) bedroom. Full bath with tub, wall mounted shower. Double bedroom (king), en suite bathroom with walk in shower, tub. Large built in cupboard with closet.

POOL

Solar panels and dedicated boiler heated swimming pool (13 x 4 meters) with jet stream overlooking the “Val d’Orcia”.

HOT TUB

Solar panels heated hydromassage mini pool facing magic sunsets on the valley. In cloudy or rainy days or at night it can be heated by a dedicated boiler.
