Villa Orcia This stunning villa, situated in the heart of Val d’Orcia really merits the term luxury. The stylish interior design is by a well known Italian architect / interior designer, the views are breathtaking and the standard of service is second to none. This villa has been featured in a number of top design magazines. The villa sleeps up to 19 guests in 8 very spacious bedrooms. It has a well equipped, professional kitchen, a 20 metre long heated swimming pool and lots of private space for dining outdoors. If you are looking for a combination of style, facilities and service set in one of the most beautiful areas of Tuscany then Villa Orcia is for you.
Ground floor: There is a very large well equipped kitchen which in 2 halves divided by a pretty archway. It is complete with open fireplace (3 mts wide) that also doubles as a grill. It is equipped with a large gas hob, 2 large ovens, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge / freezer with ice maker. There is a dining area that seats 12 guests and also a dining room that comfortably seats up to 20 guests. Also on the ground floor is a living room with open fireplace. The richly coloured furnishings combine with the neutral coloured walls to stunning effect. Throughout the villa colours and furniture combine to provide stylish corners and interesting detail .This is all enhanced by the superb views through the many large windows and glass doors that open onto the patio and garden beyond. 
Upper Floors : There are 8 spacious bedrooms and suites on the upper floors of the villa. These include 2 twin bedrooms, 5 Queen bedrooms (including 4 poster bedrooms) and one bedroom has twin beds and a Queen bed. One lofted bedroom has a sofa bed for additional guests. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and they are all equipped with hairdryers. The first floor rooms have large windows overlooking the garden and countryside. There is also a small TV room on the first floor. 
The villa is set in very large, grounds (3 acres). The jet stream pool (20 x 4mts) can be heated in cool weather and is set in the lawn to the front of the house. There is also a covered gazebo for shade just in front of the pool. It has open unspoilt views over incredibly beautiful countryside. There is also a 6 person jet stream, Jacuzzi. Off to one side of the villa is a vegetable patch and fruit trees so guests can enjoy fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables. There is a large stone paved patio for dining “al fresco” for up to 20 guests and it is equipped with a built in BBQ.
