Villa Maria is a pretty villa situated within walking distance to a local village. The bright and airy villa combines elements of traditional Tuscan style such as a wood fired pizza oven, with modern comforts such as air con in the bedrooms and wifi internet. The villa has a number of shaded loggia areas for relaxing and dining and is surrounded by a lovely garden. The large 6x12m swimming pool is situated close to the house. The air conditioned bedrooms are charmingly decorated with antique pieces. The villa is witin walking to the local village (bar and grocers shop) and within easy reach of other local villages, bars, restaurants. Arezzo is only 30 mins and Florence can be reached within an hour. Villa Maria is the perfect villa for a large family or group of friends who are looking for a comfortable villa within easy reach of amenities.

GROUND FLOOR
The villa has a large entrance hall. Well equipped kitchen with a fireplace leading out to a covered area for dining "al fresco" with a nearby barbeque. There is a large living room and dining room on split level leading out to a very spacious loggia with comfortable garden furniture facing the swimming pool. The ground floor also has two large air-conditioned double bedrooms and two air-conditioned twin bedrooms. Two bathrooms with showers and one bathroom with bath tub. Laundry room with WC and shower.
FIRST FLOOR
An air-conditioned open balcony above the sitting/dining room with two single beds.
OUTDOORS
The villa has a large, well maintained garden, which has several outdoor sitting areas surrounded lovely old trees. The beautiful swimming pool (6 x 12m), is set on a terracotta terrace about 10m from the villa. The villa also has a vegetable garden, which guests can use.
