Villa Maremma is located on an 1,100 hectare private estate in the heart of Maremma. It has wonderful grounds and is situated in a nature reserve. Guests can enjoy the peace and tranquillity of this wonderful estate on horse back, by bike or on foot. Villa Maremma is a superb luxury villa with beautiful interiors, well decorated and furnished with style. A local cook is included to prepare breakfast and available to cook lunch or dinner on request. The villa has be completely renovated and the interior design is by a well-known Rome based, interior designer. It has lovely airy interiors, stylish furnishings with bright accent colours that create a homely atmosphere.

Villa Maremma is a perfect base, for exploring the Tuscan coast – Porto di Scarlino 20 mins, Grosseto 25km, Pisa 1.5hrs, Pisa airport 1hr 20 mins,  Siena 1.5 hrs, Rome 2 hrs. Saturnia (spa) – 1hr 23mins. There are 2 x deluxe hotel spas at 20 min and at 30 min drive. The owners are part of a prestigious wine family and can organise a unique wine tasting experience into some of the most prestigious wine cellars of Tuscany including two famous Frescobaldi wineries.

GROUND FLOOR

Double entrance hall, cinema room with large screen and projector, spacious sitting room with fireplace and large area for lounging / relaxing, studio with computer, printer and fax, large dining room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with 9 ring gas hob, laundry room.
The whole of the ground floor has French doors opening onto the garden. There are 2 large arched French doors to the front of the villa from the entrance hall that leads onto 2 pretty pergolas leading to the outdoor dining area (covered for shade), pool houses and private pool.

FIRST FLOOR

Stairs from the large entrance hall lead up to the first floor. All rooms on this floor have cream coloured floorboards. There is a spacious central room with a billiard table and 2 French doors to an outdoor furnished loggia with pretty views over the garden.
In total there are 6 bedrooms and 5 marble bathrooms on this floor. 4 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and 2 bedrooms share a bathroom

COTTAGE

1 king size 4 poster bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 sitting room with additional single bed, 1 kitchenette with a 4 ring electric hob, oven and sink.

Turkish bath, bathroom with WC and sink, changing area/ storage

Pool House 2:
Kitchen corner area with a counter, sink and a 3 door drinks fridge.

OUTSIDE

The villa is located on a very large private country estate. The villa is set in a large garden with lovely open countryside views. Two covered pergolas lead off the house towards the pool and outdoor dining area. There is a private infinity pool set in the lawn and close by there are two pool houses and a covered area for dining outdoors that also has additional seating for relaxing. Also outside is a covered out building with table tennis.
There are beautiful open views all round the property over fields and countryside with hills and cypress trees dotted everywhere throughout the estate. The tennis court, stables and golf course are all at a short drive.
