Villa Lino is a pretty stone farmhouse set in beautiful countryside between Pienza and Montepulciano. This superb villa has been newly renovated and has 4 bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms.
It is made up of a main villa (sleeps 4) and 2 cottages (each sleeping 2) and has been decorated and furnished in a chic, modern style. The villa has a large garden with breathtaking views and a private pool with sun loungers, set at a short distance from the villa. Their is a covered pergola for outdoor dining and also a covered area at the poolside. This property is the perfect location for a family or group of friends who are looking for a stunning villa with all modern facilities set in the Tuscan countryside. It is an ideal location for exploring Central and Southern Tuscany.
The villa is ideally situated in Southern Tuscany, just 6km from Pienza, a pretty medieval town famous for its pecorino cheese. Another beautiful Tuscan hilltown, Montepulciano, which is famous for its wines is only a short drive a way (9km). Other Tuscan towns
are also within easy reach - Cortona 38km, Siena 59km.

The ground floor has a well equipped country style kitchen, a lounge/ diner decorated in a modern mix of exposed stone and lime washed walls. Modern light fittings and simple furnishings complete the simple, stylish look. There is also a second living room on the ground floor.
FIRST FLOOR
There are two bedrooms on this floor. The first double bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and the second double bedroom has an en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. The bedrooms are decorated in a simple, modern yet feminine style, featuring romantic, linen draped four poster beds with pretty cushions and stunning modern bathroom fittings.

Montepulciano is 17 mins drive and famous for its wines.
Montalcino is 35 mins and famous for its rich Brunello wines and vineyards.
